E-learning portfolio is a kind of strong tool of realizing learning evaluation and makes the students to complete self-evaluation,self-reflective thinking and self-management in the web-based learning.This paper has expounded the basic intension of E-learning Portfolio,proposed the designing ideas of E-learning Portfolio and given the developing example of E-learning Portfolio based on the background analysis of E-learning Portfolio appearance.
