情绪调节体育教学模式对初中生心境和血浆β-内啡肽的影响 被引量:9

摘要 采用前后测现场教学实验的方法,探讨两种不同教学模式对初中生心境和安静状态下血浆β-内啡肽(β- EP)含量的不同影响。结果表明:1 )“情绪调节体育教学模式”能有效地提高初中生的心境水平;2 )血浆β- EP含量的变化可能与心境的变化成正性相关,且血浆β- EP可能是介导适宜运动改善情绪状态的一个重要因素;3 )对于初中学生而言,以学生感兴趣的愉快性的运动项目为主,以平均心率为1 3 5~1 5 5次/ min,最大心率≤1 80次/ min运动强度,以至少2 0~3 0 m in为持续时间,至少3次/周为运动频率,以集体练习为主的运动类型。 Through using the method of pretest and posttest teaching experiment at site,this paper discuss the influence of two kinds of teaching model on mood and blood plasmaβ-EP at rest of Middle School Students.The result shows that emotional regulated teaching model can effectively improve the level of mood of middle school students.The change of blood plasma β-EP content is positive correlation with mood change,and blood plasma β-EP can be an important factor when adequate exercise improve mental state.For middle school students,their exercise events should be interesting,average heart rate is 135~155 beat per minute,maximal heart rate is below than 180 beat per minute.For training intensity,exercise time must continue 20~30 minute and at least three times per week.Group exercise should be the main exercise pattern.The amused and harmonious exercise atmosphere can effectively improve the mental state of middle school students.
