摘要
为了探讨和创新田径运动技术教学理论与方法,有效提高田径运动教学训练质量,将76名大学体育系学生进行分组实验教学训练,采用了高速摄影及影片解析、数理统计等方法进行研究。结果表明,在田径技术教学中。
In order to discuss and innovate the technical teaching method and theory of track and fields,effectively improve the teaching and training quality,76 college students majoring in physical education are divided into groups for experimental training.High-speed camera and mathematical statistics are used to analyze data.The result shows that synthesis of specific movement speed teaching method can more effectively improve the specific performance and technique than ordinary teaching method.
