摘要
以上海市田径、游泳等项目的高级教练员及相关训练学专家、科研人员、管理人员为研究对象,采用专家访谈、问卷调查等研究方法,确定了教练员工作综合评价指标体系,并制定了评价标准、评价量表及评价方法。
Taking the senior coach,relative training experts,researcher and administrant from swim and track and fields events as research subject,this paper defined the comprehensive evaluation index system,established evaluation standard,scale and method,set up comprehensive evaluation system of coach's work through using the method of expert interview and questionnaire.
