本文在简述微波测量金属和介质材料厚度原理的基础上,讨论了近年来国内外所应用的典型的微波测厚方法,分析了这些方法的特点和精度。

The principle of metallic and plastic thickness measurement with microwave techniques is described. This paper deals with the typical methods of microwave thickness measurement and the characteristic and accuracy of different methods are discussed.
