社会转型是一种整体性发展 ,随着社会政治经济的剧烈变迁 ,竞赛制度的改革 ,运动员和教练员的思想意识必然要随之发生改变 .本文以现有的社会结构为背景 ,对体育后备人才教练员和运动员的思想等进行了调查与分析 。

The society transition is a kind of all-round development and a special structural variation. With the revulsion of politics and economy, and with the reform of contest rules, coaches and athletes, as a special group, whose ideology must be changed. Only the change occurred, can they gain the proper social status under the social structural background. Based on it, the author designs a piece of questionnaire to investigate and analyze them and being concerning experts as references of decision-making.
