结合氯碱企业对岩盐卤水的质量要求 ,以石灰石及副产盐酸为原料自制液体CaCl2 来脱除岩盐卤水中的SO2 -4 ,并开发了CaCl2 法脱硫新工艺 ,大大降低了卤水处理成本 ,从而制备出SO2 -4 质量浓度低于 4g/L的优质卤水 ,达到了离子膜制碱一次盐水对SO2 -4

According to the quality requirement of halite bittern in chlor-alkali enterprises,liquid CaCl 2 was prepared from limestone and by-product hydrochloric acid to remove SO 2- 4 contained in halite bittern,and a new sulfur-removing technique by CaCl 2 method was developed.Not only was cost of bittern treatment reduced greatly,but also high quality bittern with content of SO 2- 4 less than 4 g/L was prepared,so that the requirement of SO 2- 4 content in primary brine for the production of ion exchange membrane caustic soda was met.
