摘要 组织在不断增强自身市场竞争力的同时,对员工和社会也承担起更多的责任。团队建设是实施健康型组织的重要组成部分。合作性团队模型不仅能够提高组织效率、学习和变革能力,对于员工个人的身心健康和发展也有积极的促进作用。合作性团队模型为健康型组织的建设提供了重要的发展思路。
