摘要
侦查程序是刑事诉讼程序的重要组成部分,它的完善与否直接关系到整个刑事诉讼进程。侦查程序的价值设计,要以人权保障和秩序保障的侦查目标为导向,完善侦查监督体系,增设司法授权和司法审查制度;强化犯罪嫌疑人和辩护人的保障性权利;实现逮捕与审前羁押相分离制度;确定适应我国国情的非法证据排除法则。
Procedure of criminal investigation is a vita l part in law of criminal procedure ,perfecting the criminal suit law directly affect the process of criminal s uit law.The value of design guides human rights guarantees and order guarantees ,perfecting investigative supervision ,establishing the judicatory authorizes to investigate the system with the judicatory ;Enhancing guarantee right of criminal suspect and defender ;realizing separation of arrest and taking into custody.
