摘要
用小剂量β阻滞剂、利尿剂、强心剂联合治疗，对２８例老年人不同病因心脏病合并慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效观察结果，在减慢心室率的同时，心功能得到改善，总有效率为８９．３０％，效果满意、各种不同病因心脏病心衰的心室率均能有效控制，本组以扩张型心肌病及瓣膜病较显著。认为只要选择合适病例，注意药量个体化，在严密观察下，可以安全用药，能较长时间稳定心功能。
Abstracttreatment of 28 ederly patients with chronic congestive heart failure(CHF)of
different etiology were studied.The use of small dose of B-blockerwith conventional therapy of
heart failure for the treatment of CHF refrac-tory to digitalis,diuretics and vasodilators.The results
showed that the heartfunction was improved,heart rate was decreased,The patients with
dilatedcardiomyopathy and valvulopathy can be controled more effectively.Theoverall clinical
effective rate was 89.3%and no side effect.
