摘要
本文介绍了我院１９７７～１９９２年收治的５例直肠中段癌，采用我们设计改进的经肛管直肠结肠拖出切除术治疗。术后经长期随访，５例均健在，其中４例生存７年以上，最长者已生存１５年，均未发现局部复发或远位转移；术后原位肛门排便控制满意。本手术适用于直肠中段癌，尤以ＤｕｋｅｓＡＢ期为宜。
Abstract5 cases of middle sectional rectal carcinoma treated between 1977 to
1992in hospital.All the patients was received a modified pull-through colorectec-tomy and
followed up for a long term.4 cases have survived 7-15 yearswithout local recurrence and
metastasis.The defecating function was basicallysatisfaction,because of the levator anal
musculus,anal sphincters and partialanorectal reflex were protected.The modified operation we
performed a prim-ary enteroanal anastomosis,so that the hospitalization was shorter than
otherprocedures.the indication of this procedure is the middle sectionl
rectalcarcinoma,especially Duke's A and B stage.
