Analysis of PTMG250 and MIA250 by Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 用液相色谱 -电喷雾电离质谱 (LC-ESI/MS)对低聚物聚四氢呋喃二醇 (PTMG2 5 0 )及其马来酰亚胺酯(MIA2 5 0 )进行分离鉴定及半定量分析。实验结果表明 :PTMG2 5 0含有的主要成分是聚合度 (n=2 ,3 ,4)的物质 ,含量分别为 2 2 .78%、2 0 .2 6%、2 2 .2 1 % ;MIA2 5 0含有的主要成分是峰组 (2 +2 ,3 +2 ,4+2 )的物质 ,含量分别为 1 7.92 %、3 2 .5 3 %、2 0 .1 2 %。为评价该类聚合物组成提供技术指标 ,也对优化工艺提供技术依据。 Polytetramethyleneglycol (PTMG250) and maleinimide (MIA250) chemicals were separated, identified and semiquantitatively analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI/MS). The results showed that PTMG250 was made up of three main polymeric compounds(polymerization degree were 2,3,4), possessing 22.78%, 20.26%, 22.21% respectively, and MIA250 was composed of three main ingredients (2+2,3+2,4+2) which content were 17.92%, 32.53%, 20.12%, respectively. This provides technical index for evaluating the properties of PTMEG250 and MIA250, and gives references for synthesis of these types of PTMEG250 and MIA250.
