This paper introduces the need for interface management of construction projects and interface management methods within the implementing process. It includes three types of interface management, namely, physical, contractual, and organizational management. Contractual interface management and organizational interface management of common management models are in details discussed. It puts forward the methods of contractual interface management and organizational interface management. It also probes into the application of information technology in project interface management fields.
