摘要
本文报告经直肠纵向超声法对１１６例男性泌尿生殖系患者检查结果，其中各种前列腺疾病９７例，精囊疾病１６例，后尿道狭窄３例，膀胱肿瘤１例。介绍了这种经直肠实时超声检查男性泌尿生殖系的新技术，遵循若干技术要点能容易地获得一系列质较量高的泌尿生殖系声象图，经临床初步应用，结果表明这一新方法有助于多种前列腺疾病的诊断，对前列腺增生症尤其有用。文中还对男性泌尿生殖疾病的超声显象特点和实用价值作了初步探讨。
Real-time transrectal longitudinal
ultrasonotomography was carriedout 116 cases of prostatic diseases, 16 cases seminal vesicle
diseases,3 casesposterior urethral stricture and 1 case bladder cancer. Introduction of this
newlyimproved transrectum seanning technique of real-time ultrasound for diagnosis.Male
sonograms with relative high qualitv of image can be easily obtained whenseveral technical
points are followed. Preliminary clinical application of this newmethod showed that transrectal
approach is helpful in detecting the prostaticlesions,especially prostatic hyperplasia. The
features of ultrasound image andpractical value in the diagnosis of male genitourinary diseases
were discusseddetailed.
