本文报告经ＴＵＲＢＴ治疗且随访半年以上４６例膀胱肿瘤患者复发情况，本组１２例复发，复发率２６．０％，重点分析术后复发的有关因素；对复发与原发病灶的病理类型，分期分级的关系，术后腔内灌注的疗效与药物选择以及其他因素进行了重点讨论。
