摘要
本研究应用免疫组织化学PAP法和图像分析系统研究大鼠胚胎13 d至成年胃中神经激肽A(NKA)的表达及变化.结果显示:胚胎14 d,胃的肌间丛出现NKA免疫阳性反应,随发育相继在环肌、纵肌、粘膜下层、固有膜、粘膜肌及粘膜丛内出现NKA的表达,生后30 d时NKA在胃的表达已具备成年鼠的分布特征.结果提示,(1)NKA在胃的表达变化主要在生前1周~生后4周内,其表达变化有两个关键时期,即生前1周~生后1周和生后1月末;(2)NKA对大鼠胃的发育可能具有重要的作用,可能与胃功能的建立密切相关.
In the present study, PAP technique of immunohistochemistry and image analysis were used to systematically investigate the change of the neurokinin A (NKA) expression in rat stomach from embryonic day 13 to adult stage. The results showed that NKA initially occurred in the myenteric plexus of rat stomach at embryonic day 14, and then appeared on circular muscles, longitudinal muscles, submucosal, lamina propria, muscularis mucosae and mucosa plexus. At 30 days after birth, the expression of NKA is the same as that of adulthood. These findings suggest that (1) the change of NKA expression in rat stomach mainly occurred in a period ranging from 1 week before birth to 4 weeks after birth. There are two crucial periods with regard to the NKA expression in rat stomach, one is from 1 week before birth to 1 week after birth and another is at the end of the 4th week after birth; (2) NKA may play an important role in the development of rat stomach, and may be closely related to the development of stomach function.
