中药制剂—肌萎灵注射液对神经干细胞的促分化作用 被引量:9

摘要 施加不同浓度的肌萎灵注射液诱导神经干细胞分化7d,应用流式细胞仪和免疫组织化学方法检测神经元特异中间丝蛋白(NF -200)和胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)的表达,以观察肌萎灵注射液对神经干细胞分化的影响。结果表明: (1)肌萎灵注射液能促进神经干细胞的分化; (2) 1%肌萎灵注射液促进神经干细胞向神经元方向分化。本研究结果提示:中药制剂肌萎灵注射液能促进神经干细胞向神经元方向分化。 To investigate the effects of Jiweiling (JWL) injection on the differentiation of neural stem cells, flow-cytometer and immunohistochemical staining techniques were used to test the expression of neurofilament-200 (NF-200) and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) after neural stem cells were induced to differentiation for 7 d by different concentrations of JWL injection. The results showed that (1) JWL injection can facilitate neural stem cells differentiation; (2) 1% JWL injection can induce neural stem cells to differentiate into neurons. The results suggest that JWL injection can enhance the neuron-direction differentiation of neural stem cells.
