Rolling of Advanced Long Products

从可持续发展和经济建设两方面分析了我国长型材生产面临的问题,认识到发展先进长型材的必要性。指出,先进长型材的轧制应当实现4个主要功能,即:形变 温、速度 组织演变的最佳耦合、尺寸精度与产品最终组织目标的统一、高表面质量和高外形质量。这些功能反映了长型材轧制技术和钢材一体化生产的发展趋势。

The necessity for developing advanced long product in China was mentioned from the point of view of a sustained and rapid economic development. It is found, that advanced rolling of long products should realize four main functions: the optimal coupling of strain-strain temperature and strain rate structure evolution; the unity of dimension precision and final structure; and obtaining high surface quality and good packing contour. These functions are reflected in the development of long product rolling technique and integrative production of iron and steel.
