摘要
依据凝固传热理论开发了板坯连铸机二冷段的动态跟踪程序和以虚拟拉速为控制参数的板坯连铸机二冷段的动态控制模型,探讨了网格尺寸和时间步长对用该模型计算结果的影响,并对连铸变拉速过程进行了仿真模拟,得出了虚拟拉速控制模型优于实际拉速控制模型的结论。
According to the theory of heat transfer and solidification, a mathematical model used for secondary cooling zone of slab caster was established. The influence of space and time pacing on the result of numerical calculation was studied. A dynamic tracing program and a new control model using the virtual casting speed as control parameter was developed. The dynamic tracking program of secondary cooling was used to simulate the casting with varied speed. The results show that the virtual casting speed control model is superior to the actual casting speed control model.
