摘要
用X射线、光学显微镜及扫描电镜等研究了钇对2519铝合金的组织及力学性能的影响,实验结果表明:加入适量钇(0.1%质量分数)后,合金的强度、硬度、伸长率提高,合金的再结晶组织细化,当钇含量超过0.1%时,合金的强度、硬度、伸长率随钇含量的增加而逐渐降低,适宜的含钇量为0.1%,钇主要以Al6Cu6Y化合物的形式存在并沿晶界分布。
Effects of yttrium on the microstructure and the mechanical properties of the 2519 aluminum alloy were investigated by means of X-ray, optical microscope and SEM. The experimental results show that the strength, hardness and elongation of 2519 alloy are improved obviously,and the recrystallization microstructure of the alloy is fined with the adding of yttrium. With yttrium more than 0.1wt% being added in the alloy, the strength, hardness and elongation of the alloy declined gradually with increase of the yttrium content. It is shown that Al_6Cu_6Y phase forms at the grain boundary.
