摘要
通过超高分散技术制备了氧化锌基复合脱硫剂前驱物,透射电镜(TEM)分析表明其平均粒径为50nm。通过差热分析(DTA)确定了脱硫剂前驱物用20%的硅铝酸盐担载后的最佳煅烧温度为330℃。研究了在氧化锌基复合脱硫剂中掺入不同含量的稀土对脱硫效果的影响,结果表明:当掺入5%(质量分数)含量的La2O3时,穿透硫容能提高4.5%,掺入5%的富镧混合稀土时,穿透硫容提高3.0%。
ZnO based complex desulfurizer precursor was prepared by high dispersed techonology. The average radius was 50nm from TEM image. The calcination temperature of precursor supported by aluminosilicate was (330℃.) Rare earth oxide was doped in ZnO based desulfurizer, the breakthrough sulfur capacity could increase 4.5% when the La_2O_3 content was 5% and increase 3% when 5% mixed rare earth was introuduced.
