摘要 模拟了高锰钢辙叉心轨的充型和凝固过程,确定了冒口尺寸。根据计算机模拟结果和辙叉心轨的几何形状的特殊性,确定了辙叉心轨的铸造工艺方案。采用平稳无气隙浇注系统,避免了在充型过程中气体和夹杂物的卷入。应用该工艺消除了缩孔、疏松、裂纹、晶粒粗大等铸造缺陷,成功开发了低成本高质量高锰钢辙叉心轨。 The mold filling and solidification processes of frog were calculated by using ViewCAST code, and thus the optimized feeder size was defined. According to the calculated results and the geometry of frog, the casting process was determined. Free-air space type smooth gating system was adopted to avoid air and inclusion during mold filling. Cost-effective sound castings were produced without shrinkage cavities, porosities, cracks and coarse-grains etc.
