摘要
用Rietveld法对含有立方和正交两种晶型的Sb2O3样品进行了定量相分析,该样品含立方晶型和正交晶型的Sb2O3分别为(质量分数)97.92%和2.08%。结果表明,用Rietveld法进行的定量相分析是非常有效和精确的。
A sample of the Sb 2O 3 which contains both type of cubic Sb 2O 3 and orthorhombic Sb 2O 3 was performed quantitative phase analysis by Rietveld method. The content of cubic Sb 2O 3 and orthorhombic Sb 2O 3 was 97.92% and 2.08% respectively. This result indicates that the Rietveld method is efficient and precision.
