摘要
通过正交设计的试验方法,探讨了超临界CO2 法萃取五味子果实中木脂素的工艺条件,确定了最佳工艺条件为萃取压力30Mpa,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间120min。
The optimal conditions of extraction of lignans by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction from fruits of Schisandra chinensis using L 9(3 4) orthogonal test were studied; The optimal conditions of extraction are as follows: pressure is 30 MPa , temperature is 50℃ and time is 120 min .
