摘要
目的 探讨E-选择素(E-selectin)及其配体唾液酸化路易斯-X抗原(SialylLewis-Xantigen,SLe-X)在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达与淋巴结转移的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学染色技术分别检测了56份宫颈鳞癌手术标本E-Selectin和SLe-X的表达,分析其表达水平与淋巴转移的相关性。结果 E-Selec tin和SLe-X在正常淋巴结、有癌转移的淋巴结、原发病灶中表达率分别为34. 5% (10 /29)和27. 6% (8 /29);59. 3% (16 /27)和88. 9% (24 /27); 14. 3% (8 /56)和64. 3% (36 /56)。E-Selectin和SLe-X在癌转移的淋巴结的表达均高于正常淋巴结( <0 05或P<0 01);在有淋巴结转移的病例组SLe-X的表达高于无转移组(P<0 01),而E-Selectin在两组间的表达差异无显著性(P>0 05)。结论 E-Selectin和SLe-X参与介导了宫颈鳞癌在淋巴结的粘附和转移。
Objective To study the expression of E-Se le ctin and sialyl Lewis-X antigen(SLe-X) in cervical squamous carcinoma (CSCC) t issues and its association with lymph metastasis. Methods The expression of E-Selectin and SLe-X in 56 samples of CSCC was detected by m eans of immunohistochemical stain. Results The expression of E-Selectin and SLe-X in the normal lymph node(NLN), metastasis lymph node(ML N) and original focus(O F) were 34.5%(10/29) vs 27.6%(8/29), 59.3%(16/27) vs 88. 9%(24/27), 14.3%(8/56) vs 64.3%(36/56), respectively. The expression of the E-Se lectin and SLe-X in MLN was significantly higher than in NLN(P<0. 05 or P<0.01) and also did the expression of SLe-X but not E-Sel ectin in the metastasis group the non-metastasis group (P<0.01). Conclusion E-Selectin and SLe-X play an collaborate role in the lymph metastasis of CSCC.
