支撑喉内窥镜下吸引旋切技术结合射频治疗声带癌前病变和早期声门癌 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨支撑喉内窥镜下吸引旋切技术结合射频治疗喉部癌前病变和早期声门癌的近期疗效.方法对34例喉部癌前病变和早期声门癌患者,在全麻下支撑成像喉内窥镜下吸引旋切切除加射频消融术,术后随访3~26月,观察肿瘤的切除效果、复发情况以及嗓音的恢复情况.结果所有病例术后未做放射治疗,6周左右嗓音开始清晰,随访3 26月个月未见局部复发或淋巴结转移.结论支撑喉内窥镜下吸引旋切技术和射频消融的结合,对喉部癌前病变和早期声门癌的近期疗效是肯定的,而且喉部结构和功能的保留较好,远期疗效仍需要继续观察. Objective To explore the curative effect in the near future of laryngeal microresecting technique combined with radiofreque ncy under laryngoscope and rigid telescope on treating early period Cancer of gl ottis cancer and precancerosis of larynx. Methods Thirty four patients with the cancer of glottis in early period and precancerosis of l arynx were operated by laryngeal microresecting technique combined with radiofre quency under laryngoscope and rigid telescope with video system under general an aesthesia.After the operation ,we followed up 3~26 months to observe the effect of resection,the information of recidivation,and the recovery of vocal function. Results All cases didn't accept radiotherapy,and the voi ce became clear after about 6 weeks,none had tope-recidivated or lymphaden displ aced. Conclusion The curative effect in the near future o f laryngeal microresecting technique combined with radiofrequency on treating th e cancer of larynx in early period is certain, and the construction and function of larynx was better retained, and the prostecdtive efficacy need further obser vation.
