腮腺混合瘤术后复发及并发症的预防和处理

The clinical analysis of the postoperative complications of parotid mixed tumor

目的 分析腮腺混合瘤术后发并症发生的原因、预防及处理措施。方法 对114例腮腺混合瘤的病案资料进行回顾性分析。结果 114例病人术后复发10例,面瘫24例,涎瘘6例,给予适当处理后均好转。结论 腮腺混合瘤术后并发症的发生与手术方式、操作技术及术后处理不当有关,采取适当的预防措施,可减少并发症的发生,给予正确处理后均能缓解。

Objective To analyze the reason, preventi on and treatment of the postoperative complication of parotid mixed tumor. Methods Retrospectively studying the clinical data of 114 patien ts with parotid mixed tumor.Results The case of tumor tec urrence,facial nerve paralysis and parotid glang fistula were 10, 24 and 6 respe ctivly.Conclusion The postoperative complications of paro tid mixed tumor correcated with surgical method-skill and incorrect trentment af ter operation,but the complications can be decreased and improved if some preven tion treatments are used.
