原发性输卵管癌15例临床分析

The clinical analysis of 15 primary fallopian tube carcinoma cases

目的 探讨原发性输卵管癌的临床、病理特征,争取早期诊断、早期治疗、改善患者预后。方法 对1983年4月至2004年2月期间收治的15例原发性输卵管癌临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 根据2000年FIGO标准分期,I期8例(占53. 33% );II期2例(占13. 33% );III期5例(占33. 33% )。该病多发生于绝经后妇女,以阴道排液、盆腔肿块及下腹痛为主要临床特征。以手术为主、化疗为辅的综合治疗可提高疗效。结论 临床期别及术后残存肿瘤的大小是影响预后的主要因素,早期诊断、早期治疗是改善患者预后的关键。

Objective To discuss the clinical pathology characteri st ic of primary fallopian tube carcinoma, so we could give the patient earlier diagnosis and treatment, and make their prognosis better. Methods We have analysed retrospectively several clinical parameters of 15 pr imary fallopian tube carcinoma cases that were in admission during April in 1983 to February in 2004. Results According to the FIGO stag ing standard , there were 8 cases in I stage (53.33%), 2 in II stage (13.33%) a nd 5 in III stage (33.33%). This disease most commonly occured in postmenopausa l women, with characteristic manifestation such as vaginal fluid, pelvic mess an d lower abdominal pain. Conclusion Clinical stage and res idual tumor size are the most mainly prognostic factors. Early diagnosis and tre atment have the key role in developing patient prognosis.
