神经胶质细胞调节突触可塑性机制的研究进展

Research progress in the mechanisms of regulating synaptic plasticity for neuroglial cell

摘要 传统观念认为,神经胶质细胞在信息传递和整合过程中仅仅是一个被动的角色。但近年来发现,神经胶质细胞主动参与了神经系统信息的传递和整合,直接影响突触的可塑性,成为构成突触的“第三种成分”。 Neuroglia cell is traditionally considered to be one passive part in the synaptic transmission. However, recent researches reveal that neuroglial cell actively takes part in the information transfer and integration in the nerve system, directly affects synaptic plasticity, and actually becomes the third component of synapse.
