摘要 将不同基因按一定规则连接在一起即构成基因电路(geneticcircuits),上游基因的蛋白产物调控下游基因的表达活性,环环相扣,从而完成特定的生物学功能。基因电路构成的基本原理是各种逻辑门(logicgate),最基本的两个逻辑门是“变极器”和“AND”,在此基础上可构成各种复杂的基因电路。BioSPICE软件是目前常用的一种基因电路设计程序,但其尚需进一步完善。“定向进化”(directedevolution)法是新近提出的一种基因电路设计方法。基因电路在未来的肿瘤诊治中将发挥重要作用。
