人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)疫苗的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 人乳头状瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染是宫颈癌的主要病因。清除HPV感染和阻断由HPV感染所引发的宫颈癌前病变的进展尚缺乏理想的方法。目前,国际上已有20多种HPV相关疫苗已进入动物和临床试验阶段,主要分为预防性疫苗和治疗性疫苗,主要制剂形式是蛋白质、核酸。动物实验和临床试验结果显示HPV疫苗将在预防HPV感染及治疗由感染所引起的相关疾病方面有重要作用。
