摘要
转轴裂纹是旋转机械的常见故障。文中采用数值模拟的方法研究具有两条裂纹的转子系统的非线性耦合振动响应。裂纹对轴段刚度的影响采用断裂力学理论得到,裂纹的开闭状态由裂纹面的应力决定。研究表明,裂纹的存在引起系统横向、纵向、扭转振动相互耦合,两条裂纹之间的夹角对系统非线性耦合振动有明显的影响。
Rotor crack is one of the frequent faults in rotor machine. The nonlinear coupled vibrations of a rotor with two cracks were investigated by numerical simulated method. The stiffness matrix of cracked element is deduced by fracture mechanics principle and FEM (finite element method), the opening or closing of cracks depend on the stresses acting on the cross section where crack located. The dynamic responds of two- crack rotor with angle between them be 0°, 90°and 180°are analyzed in both time domain and frequency domain. It is concluded the coupled axial and torsion vibration are excited by lateral forces due to crack. The angle between two cracks had obvious effects on the harmonic components, amplitude and rotor orbits of rotor vibration.
