摘要
介绍了7.5千瓦的开关磁阻电机调速系统的结构及其工作原理。系统中的电机为定子8极、转子6极的双凸极结构开关磁阻电机,用光电元件作为位置传感器使电机作自同步运行。系统中采用了四相独立式的可控硅驱动电源及以 TP801单板机为核心,配适当的接口电路构成的控制器。这使得系统的控制十分灵活、方便。文中对系统各部分的硬件及软件作了介绍,并给出了结构框图。
This paper describes the configuration and operating principle of a 7.5KW switched reluctance(SR)motor velocity system.It is a 8/6(8 on the stator and 6 on the rotor)and double salient poles SR motor in the system. The electro-optic cells are installed in the motor as the rotor position trans- ducers to make the motor operate self-syncronously.The controller is composed of single-board microcomputer TP801 and suitable interface circuits with power supply of a phase to phase independent thyristor invertor,that makes the system be easily control and flexible.It introduces the hardware and software and the block diagrams of the system.
