水稻光温敏核不育系育性转换的光温稳定性研究 被引量:31

摘要 光温敏核不育系的育性波动及其自身繁殖特性在品系之间是不同的.7001S,1541s、5088S、31111S、M901S、培矮64S、农垦58S,89065和HN5-2S的不育下限温度低,不育性对低温反应较稳定;双光S、农垦58S、5088S、31301S、31111S、8902S和7001S的上限可育温度较高,短日下不育系繁殖容易。7001S和5088S是在长江流域稻区既能安全制种,又能稳定繁殖的优良光温敏不育系。 The fertility alteration of photo-thermo-sensitive male sterile(PGMS)lines is regulated bytemperature as well as by photoperiod.The fertility of existing PGMS lines were observed under differenttemperaturs and in 5 hybrid seed production counties in Hubei Province. The results showed that the lowcritical sterile temperature points(LP) and high critical fertile temperature points (HP) among lines were dif-ferent. According to the combinations of HPs and LPs,the lines can be divided into 4 groups. The high- low(a high HP with a low LP) group lines have stable sterility in long day-length conditions and can be easilymultiplied in short day- length conditions which involve Nongken 58S, 7001S, 31111S and 1541S. The low- low group lines have stable sterilities but their multipication may be easily lost as temperature rises occa-sionally. Pei’ai 64S (PA 64S), HN5-2S,M901S belong to this group. The high-high group lines can beeasily multiplied but their sterility are not stable. This group includes 8902S,Shuangguang S(SG S),etc. The low- high group lines’sterilities are not stable and their multiplication can also be affected as tempera-ture rises occasionally. They involve W6154S, etc.
