摘要
根据强迫通风方式下稀土永磁同步发电机的热场特点,研究该类电机三维热场的边界条件,讨论了对流换热系数的一般计算过程,为该类电机的三维热场的数值计算提供了依据。在确定的边界条件的基础上,用有限元分析法计算了一台航空稀土永磁同步发电机的三维热场,计算结果与实测值基本相符。
The paper provides basis for numerical calculation of triaxiality heat field of rare-earth PM synchronous generator under forced ventilation, with the boundary condition research of triaxiality heat field and the ordinary calculation process of beat transposition coefficient of the kind of motors. On the basis of being defined boundary condition, the triaxiality heatfield of a rare-earth PM generator used in aviation is calculated by the method of finite element. And the results roughly conformes to the value of measurement.
