摘要
以有限元法分析比较径向和混合结构磁路的气隙磁场波形,寻求达到最佳磁场分布的磁路结构形式。无铁心无刷直流电机气隙磁场由径向结构改为混合结构,电机电磁转矩、效率及转矩波动等都有很大改进。
The form of magnetic circuit optimum construction on magnetic field optimum distribution is put forword in the paper, through analyzing and comparing the waveform of radial and hybrid air-gap by finite element. After that the radial air-gap magnetic field of the coreless-brushless DC motor has been changed into hybrid, the electromagnetic torque, efficicncy and torque ripple get much improved.
