摘要
本文以人地关系理论为依据，探讨了人与灾害关系在人类社会的不同发展阶段的具体表现，并分析了人类与灾害关系的演替实质。
Based on the theory of relation between men and the earth, the authors discussed the presentations of the relation between the men and disasters in different periods of development and analyzed essences of the revolution of relation between men and disasters.
