摘要
本文依据地震成灾机制，将地震造成的直接、间接经济损失和救灾投入作为地震灾害的经济损失，用一次地震造成重伤、死亡人数和经济损失三个因子来计算地震灾害损失的灾害指数，并依据灾害指数将灾害损失划分为Ⅰ～Ⅶ级，以此来描述地震灾害的程度。
Based upon the disaster-forming mechanism of earthquake, this paper took the direct loss, the indirect loss and the cost for disaster relief as the total of the geismic disaster loss. The disaster index of geismic disaster loss was caculated through three factors: wounded mumber, dead number and economical loss. The disaster index was divided into Ⅰ-Ⅶ grades, which was used to describe the disaster degree.
