摘要
1981年川西盆地的“8·21”暴雨和陕南的“7·21”暴雨,造成宝成铁路沿线江河横溢、泥砂俱下。全线发生洪水、泥石流、崩坍、滑坡和落石等灾害713处,严重破坏铁路的有280余处。本文通过对成灾的地质和暴雨等自然条件的分析,提出了对灾害成因以及铁路设计和管理在防灾方面的一些看法。
In 1981, the August 21 rainstorm in western Sichuan basin and July 21rainstorm in southern Shaanxi caused overflow of rivers and down flush of sediments,reulting serious disasters, such as flood, mudflow,landfall,landslide and falling stone at713 sites along Baoji-Chengdu railway line. The railway was seriously damaged at over280 localities. Based on the analysis of natural conditions of geology and rainstorm thatcause disasters, some opinions are posed about the causes of disaster and disaster prevention in design and management of railway.
