摘要
利用降水距平百分率建立了干旱指数方程，可用于于旱半干旱地区的干旱监测，并对１９８９年北疆的干旱和乌鲁木齐历年的干湿期进行了计算和分析，取得了较好的结果。
A drought index equation has been established by using departure perentage of precipitation.It can be used to monitor the drought state in arid and semiarid regions.A good result has been obtained by using the equation to calculate and analyze the drought state of north part of Xingjiang during 1989 and the wet and dry periods of Urumqi over the years.
