摘要
本文论述了城市承灾能力的含义，分析了我国城市主要自然灾害以及承文体的类型和致灾因素，探讨了城市承灾能力指标，为城市承灾能力综合评判提供了依据．
The meaning of disaster-bearing capability in city was described and the types, disaster-bearing bodies and causal factors of the natural disasters in the cities of China were analyzed in this paper. The judging index of disaster-bearing capability in city was also discussed so as to supply a basis for synthetical judgment of disaster-bearing capability in city.
