舒血宁注射液对脑梗塞患者血清中S-100β蛋白及NSE含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]对比观察舒血宁注射液和注射用丹参冻干制剂对急性脑梗塞患者血清中S100β蛋白和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)含量的影响.[方法]将90例急性脑梗塞患者随机分为治疗组(每日静脉滴注舒血宁注射液20mL,连续14d)和对照组(每日静脉滴注注射用丹参冻干制剂04g,连续14d),观察两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分及生活能力状态,同时在治疗前及治疗后第3,7,14日检测血清中S100β蛋白和NSE的含量.[结果]与对照组比较,治疗组的疗效及神经功能缺损积分均有显著性差异;治疗组患者血清中S100β蛋白的含量在治疗后第3,7,14日时均明显低于对照组,NSE在治疗后第7,14日时均明显低于对照组.[结论]舒血宁注射液治疗脑梗塞安全有效,明显降低急性脑梗塞患者血清中S100β蛋白和NSE的含量,对急性脑梗塞患者的神经细胞具有较好的保护作用. OBJECTIVE?To observe comparatively the effects of the Shuxuening parenteral solution and the red sage root lyophilized powder for the content of the S-100 beta and neuron specific enolase (NSE) protein of plasm in cerebral infarction.?METHODS?90 cases of the acute cerebral infarction were randomly separated into two groups, in which the treatment group was treated with 20?mL of the Shuxuening parenteral solution ~intravenous drip for 14 days, and control groups was treated with 0.4?g of the red sage root lyophilized powder intravenous drip for 14 days too, and the neurologic impairment score and living ability status were assessed before and after treatment. At the same time, the S-100 beta protein and NSE in plasm were detected before and after treatment in 3, 7 and 14 days, respectively.?RESULTS?There was significant difference between treatment and control groups in clinic effects and decrease of neurologic impairment score.There was no significant difference between two groups in the ~S-100 beta protein and NSE before treatment, content of the ~S-100 beta protein in treatment group was lower than that in control group after treatment for 3, 7 and 14 days, and was lower than before treatment in both groups, and content of the NSE in the treatment group was lower than that in control group after treatment 7 and 14 days.?CONCLUSION?The Shuxuening parenteral solution was safe and effective for treating the acute cerebral infarction and could decrease the content of the ~S-100 beta protein and NSE, and has a good protective effect for the nerve cells of acute cerebral infarction.
