摘要
用自行设计的嗜酸乳杆菌16 S r RNA的特异性引物和建立的PCR方法对初步鉴定为嗜酸乳杆菌的鸡源分离株进行检测。PCR检测结果表明分离株和嗜酸乳杆菌参考株扩增出大小一致的目的片段。
A Lactobacillus strain was isolated from chicken cecal mucosa and identified as Lactobacillus acidophilus and detected the isolate by means of the found PCR.A fragment of the same length was also obtained.Result showed the isolate was Lactobacillus acidophilus molecularly.
