孪尾疏水缔合水溶性共聚物P(AM/NaAA/D_iC_6AM)的合成与表征 被引量:1

Synthese and characterization of twin-tailed hydrophobically associating water-soluble terpolymers P(AM/NaAA/D_iC_6AM)

摘要 采取先加碱共聚-共水解的方法合成了孪尾疏水缔合丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸钠/N,N-二己基丙烯酰胺共聚物[P(AM/NaAA/DiC6AM)],用FTIR、1H-NMR及容量分析法对其结构进行了表征.转化率随反应的增加而增加,10h可达92%,之后增加的比较缓慢.水解度主要受水解时间的影响,受疏水单元摩尔分数的影响较小.本文还研究了疏水单元摩尔分数、总单体质量浓度、DM质量浓度、(NH4)2S2O8质量浓度、温度、SMR对P(AM/NaAA/DiC6AM)水溶液的表观粘度的影响. A series of twin-tailed hydrophobically associating water-soluble terpolymers poly(acrylamide/sodium acrylate/dihexylacrylamide)[P(AM/NaAA/D_iC_6AM)] have been synthesized by the way of co-hydrolysis with alkali before micellar copolymerization.These polymer systems were characterized using FTIR、~1-NMR and titration analysis.It is observed that while hydrolysis reagent is NaHCO_3,hydrolysis degrees are independent on hydrophobe mole fraction but dependent on reaction time.The aqueous solution apparent viscosity of the P(AM/NaAA/D_iC_6AM) increases with the increasing of hydrophobe mole fraction,total monomer mass concentration and DM mass concentration,with the decreasing of(NH_4)_2S_2O_8 mass concentration,reaction temperature.With the decreasing of SMR,the aqueous solution apparent viscosity of the P(AM/NaAA/D_iC_6AM)increases then decreases.It shows that the average sequence length of the hydrophobe have remarkable influence on the hydrophobically associative interaction of terpolymers P(AM/NaAA/D_iC_6AM).
