摘要
目的:探讨电离辐射前给予毛果芸香碱对大鼠颌下腺有无保护作用. 方法:将18只Winstar鼠随机分为对照组和实验组,后者电离辐射前给予毛果芸香碱,一次性10GyX射线局部照射两组大鼠颌下腺区. 照射后96h,比较两组唾液量,唾液电解质及颌下腺组织学差异. 结果:实验组唾液量,Ca2+均高于对照组,且细胞水肿不明显,单位面积内浆液性细胞计数多于对照组,但K+低于对照组. 结论:电离辐射前给予毛果芸香碱对大鼠颌下腺有保护作用.
AIM: To explore the protective effects of pilocarpine which was given before X-ray local irradiation on the morphology and function of rat submandibular gland. METHODS: Winstar rats were divided into test and control groups and the latter was given pilocarpine before a single dose of 10 Gy X-ray local irradiation on the area of rat submandibular gland. Ninety-six hours after the local irradiation, the difference between the two groups were compared in the quantity of saliva, the concentration of sodium, calcium and the morphology after HE staining. RESULTS: The quantity of saliva and the concentration of calcium of the test group were higher than those of the control group and the cell edema was not evident. The quantity of serous cells per area was higher than that of the control group, but the concentration of potassium of the test group was lower. CONCLUSION: The pilocarpine before X-ray local irradiation may have some protective effects on the morphology and function of rat submandibular gland.
