摘要
混合式步进电动机永磁体的设计在于确定选用永磁体的牌号(性能)、永磁体的厚度与面积,而永磁体尺寸过大或过小都会造成混合式步进电动机性能的下降.因此合理设计永磁体是混合式步进电动机设计的关键之一。文中采用基于齿层比磁导法建立的步进电动机机辅计算程序,定量分析转子永磁体材料和尺寸对电机性能的影响,以提高混合式步进电动机永磁体设计的精确性。经样机测试,结果与计算基本吻合.
The design of hybrid stepping motor magnet is aimed at selec- ting and determining its performance,thickness and area of the magnetic pole. The dimension of the magnet over small or Iarge would cause the performance of the stepping motor reduction.Therefore reasonable magnet projection is one of the key of hybrid stepping motor's design.Here quantitatively analyzed the effect on motor rotor magnet material and sizes,through stepping motor CAD calculation program formed by method of teeth coating ratio of magnetic permeance,so as to improve its precision of the design.The result of proto- type test is similar to calculation.
