摘要
对聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺浆粕在N甲基吡咯烷酮氯化钙溶剂体系中低温溶液缩聚反应及熟化成纤过程的基本规律进行了研究,通过优化聚合工艺条件得到相对分子质量较高的PPTA浆粕,为采用双螺杆挤出机作为主反应器低温溶液缩聚法直接制备PPTA浆粕奠定基础。
Poly (p-phenylene terephthalamide)(PPTA) pulp is one of the differential product of PPTA fiber, which is heat-resistant and can be easily dispersed into the matrix. The basic laws have been found for the low temperature solution polycondensation in the solvent system of NMP-CaCl 2 and the maturing process. High relative molecular mass of PPTA pulps can be obtained by optimizing polycondensation and maturing process. It has a favorable foreground in the preparation of PPTA using twin extruder as the main reactor by direct polycondensation method.
