摘要
应用三维有限元方法对金属针布的火焰淬火加热进行了研究。将实验测量与人工神经网络建模技术相结合,建立了火焰加热工件表面热流密度的计算模型,解决了三维有限元求解中边界条件的设定问题。用有限元方法求解三维固体热传导的Fourier方程,模拟计算了金属针布火焰快速加热时的温度场变化,计算结果与实测吻合较好。
The temperature field of metallic card clothing heated by flame during quenching process is studied by use of three-dimensional FEM analysis. The computing model of the surface heat density has been established by combining experimental measurement with the technique of artificial neural network and the problem of setting boundary condition in the computing program has been solved. The simulation on the temperature field of metallic card clothing, when heated by flame, is carried out through solving three-dimensional Fourier function of solid heat transmission. The result of simulation tallies well with the value of experimental measurement.
