草类物料压缩过程中流变学研究的最新进展 被引量:5

摘要 草物料压缩过程实质上是草物料加工的流变学过程。尤其最近对新鲜草物料压缩全过程中流变学规律的试验研究(项目50165001),又取得了新进展。首先,系统论述了国内外对草物料压缩流变学压缩试验研究的历程以及理想状态下,阶跃历程的蠕变和应力松弛试验的研究情况;然后推进到工程上任意历程的流变学试验研究。在此基础上,又对草物料压缩工程中的流变学规律进行了深入的试验研究。由此不仅首次揭示和提出了草物料压缩过程中流变学的实质规律,而且在研究草类物料蠕变和应力松弛流变学理论、方法上也取得了进展。 The compression process of herbage material is a rheological process of herbage material processing in essence. Anew progress has been made in the experimental study of herbage material compression process(projetNo.50165001) through the experimental study of whole compression process for fresh herbage material. In the frist of all, the course of rheological study of herbage material compression at home and abroad and the status of experimental study of the creep occred in the sudden feeding course and the strees relaxation were expounded, a rheological experimental study of arbitrary compression course was stated and lastly, the rheological law of herbage material compression process was made a thorough investigation and study was narrated in this paper. The author not only brought to light the substantial law of the herbage material compression process ,but also made considerable headway in the study of rheological theory on the creep deformation and stress relaxation in the herbage material compression process.
