摘要
高速精密磨削要求主轴达到很高的转速,同时对零件加工精度的要求也越来越高。而陶瓷轴承电主轴自身所具有的优点,满足了高速超高速精密加工主轴转速的要求。本文通过本实验室集成的开放式高速精密磨床,介绍了电主轴的PLC控制,并通过主轴振动实验说明了陶瓷电主轴在高速精密机床上应用的优越性。
High-speed precision grinding requires that the electric spindle reaches a very high rotate speed and increasingly requires high precision of part machining at the same time. The ceramic bearing electric spindle meets the demands of high-speed and super high-speed grinding with its own advantages. Because of the strongpoints of ceramic ball bearings such as high limited rotate speed, small temperature variation, great rigidity, good wearablity and long-period of heat-resistance, if we make them the support of the electric spindle we can increase its rotate speed and decrease its vibration altitude while high-speed rotating. In this paper, with the integrated open high-speed precision grinding machine in our laboratory, we introduced the PLC controlling of electric spindle,furthermore, the superiority of the application of ceramic bearing spindle on the high-speed precision grinding machine was come to light by the spindle vibration experiment.
